Terms of Use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply to the Peak & Page Puzzles app, made by Peak & Page in Switzerland. By using the app you agree to them. Questions: hello@peakandpage.app.
The app
The app is free to download and play. The daily puzzles, the ranks, the library and one shared puzzle a day with a partner are free. The Duo Pass is an optional subscription that unlocks more puzzles to play together.
Fair play
The ranks are for people solving puzzles. Don't use tools, scripts or changes to the app to get better times or to disturb other players. We may remove results or players that break this rule.
Player names
The app makes up your player name. We may change a name if it causes a problem.
The Duo Pass
- The price and period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- One pass covers you and your partner while you are paired. The pass belongs to the person who bought it: after unpairing, it covers their next partner.
- Deleting your data or the app does not cancel the subscription.
Our puzzles and artwork
The puzzles, designs and artwork in the app belong to Peak & Page. You may play and share screenshots for fun, but not copy, sell or publish the puzzles themselves.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the app, so features can change. Online features such as the ranks and playing together need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
We make the app with care, but provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, Peak & Page is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Apple
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Peak & Page, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, except where the law of your country gives you more protection.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
